{Breastfeeding} Awareness month!

Breastfeeding has been the most rewarding thing I've been able to do in my whole life.

Breastfeeding in the hammock outside was one of my favorite moments in my whole life.

I spent ALOT of money on Breastfeeding supplies that DID NOT work!

1) Real sytle/ underwire bras: For me these are not comfortable at ALL i have lived in nursing sports bras since day one and that is the only thing comfortable.
2)Freestyle Pump: After all the money i spent on this i was disappointed when this did not express the milk from me the way i had read it would.
3)Disposable nipple pads: I used these and they were fine, but once i bought reusable ones it was like night and day difference  The disposables were like sandpaper compared to the cloth reusable ones.
4) Handsfree Nursing Bra: I thought i would be able to strap up and do house work like the picture on the box shows.....NOPE the moment i moved it would loose suction!
5) Lanolin cream: This brand sucks! so thick and nasty.

This is from my experience, Im sure there are people out there that swear by the things that i listed as don'ts.

Now here is my must haves:
1) storage bags! I have only ever used this brand so i don't know if there is a better brand.

2) Bamboobies: Amazing soft and discreet pads.

3)Medela Harmony: Manual pump...yes people i said Manual! I would have never have guess that the $39 pump would work better for me over the $340 pump. The reason i believe it works best for me is because i can control the speed of expression.

4) Medela tender care: Lanolin that is smooth and easy to apply.

5) Bra: Target has these style bras in 2 packs for $19 and they are perfect to sleep in.

6)Boppy: is a must! I own 2 now

7)Medela Pump wipes: great for cleaning on the go.

8) Water water water enough said!
